Crafting Excellence Each coffee cherry is meticulously rinsed, depulped, and fermented for 18 hours to accentuate its unique flavors, followed by a thorough wash and patio drying over 7–10 days. These careful steps ensure the coffee you sip reflects the highest standards of quality.
